Let's take the air for example. Our clothes, our skin, the dust and many many invisible particles float in the environment. Smokes, gases pollutant agents lots and lots of unhealthy things which are circulating in these elements including the air.
So if you are in a big town and you open your windows to refresh the air, this is not a clean air. It is filled with lots of pollutants which enter into the room. these can cause season breathing allergies and even asthma.
